Executive Advisor

Joseph Rebello serves as Executive Advisor for Camp Caribou, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the Executive Director while supporting the overall direction and success of the camp. Drawing on his years of leadership experience, Joseph offers insight on operations, logistics, and long-term planning, helping ensure each season runs smoothly and efficiently. A third-year Entrepreneurial Business Design student at TMU, Joseph has been part of Camp Caribou since its first year, growing through multiple leadership and director roles. His deep knowledge of the camp and steady, team-focused leadership make him a trusted advisor dedicated to creating a well-organized, positive experience for both staff and campers.
