Executive Director

Miguel Molina is the Executive Director of Camp Caribou who brings energy, leadership, and a team-first mindset to his role as Camp Director. He has been attending the camp since the founding year. As a Sports Media student at TMU, he blends his passion for athletics, storytelling, and youth development to create an engaging, inclusive camp experience. He is known for his positive attitude and strong communication skills, Miguel leads by example and is dedicated to helping every camper feel confident, supported, and inspired to grow.

Executive Advisor

Joseph Rebello serves as Executive Advisor for Camp Caribou, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the Executive Director while supporting the overall direction and success of the camp. Drawing on his years of leadership experience, Joseph offers insight on operations, logistics, and long-term planning, helping ensure each season runs smoothly and efficiently. A third-year Entrepreneurial Business Design student at TMU, Joseph has been part of Camp Caribou since its first year, growing through multiple leadership and director roles. His deep knowledge of the camp and steady, team-focused leadership make him a trusted advisor dedicated to creating a well-organized, positive experience for both staff and campers.

Camp Director Emeritus

Coach Mark, a founding leader of Camp Caribou, now serves as Director Emeritus, offering guidance, mentorship, and strategic support to the camp’s leadership team. A long-time advocate for the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of young athletes, he continues to shape the camp’s culture and values through his experience and steady presence. With years of leadership behind him, Coach Mark remains a trusted advisor and the heart of the community, inspiring connection and helping ensure Camp Caribou stays true to its mission.

CAMP CARIBOU COACH

Coach Rob became a part of Camp Caribou when his son joined as a camper, and his dedication to the camp's mission quickly made him an integral member of the team. With a strong background in leadership and organization, Coach Rob helps oversee the smooth operation of camp activities and serves as a key point of contact for staff and families. His commitment to fostering a positive and enriching environment has made a lasting impact on both campers and the staff team.
